Hi, we’re Eden and Liza, best friends who care about how food actually makes you feel.



We created Eza because we wanted something quick, balanced, and genuinely good that made it easy to get more fiber without sacrificing protein or flavor. Most people do not get enough fiber, and it is surprisingly hard to find options that are both high in fiber and high in protein, especially ones you actually want to eat. On one of our typical walks before work, we decided to create our own solution.

Eza is a thoughtfully made chia cup designed for real life. It is nourishing, satisfying, and simple. It is something we reach for ourselves, and we are excited to share it with you.
